Lincolnshire India Day-2022

  • Sunshine and spices for Lincolnshire’s first India day, on Saturday 24th of September nearly 2000 people enjoyed a dynamic celebration of Indian culture.
  • The hosting of the first-ever Lincolnshire India Day by the Indian Cultural Organisation of Lincolnshire (ICOL) brought live music, traditional dancing, crafts, games, henna painting and, of course, a range of Indian cuisine.
  • In addition to the cultural aspect of the event, Lincolnshire India Day also served as a platform for local businesses and organizations to showcase their products and services. Many local Indian businesses and community groups participated in the event, offering a wide range of goods and services to attendees.
  • Overall, Lincolnshire India Day was a fun and engaging event that celebrated the diversity and richness of Indian culture in the UK. It was a great opportunity to learn about Indian customs and traditions, try traditional Indian food, and support local businesses and organizations.

Congratulations to the organisers and participants. Well done.
